1. The business plan is necessary for all companies

Indeed, it is the general description of your project that explains how the company will create value for the customer (which offer and which advantages for the customer and for which customer), deliver this value (distribution, communication, customer relations...) and capture value in return (which financial profitability, which notoriety...).

3. Don't work alone !
